With stunning window seat views of the Exuma Cays on  your flight down to Staniel Cay, without a doubt flying is the best way to visit the Exumas. Avoid the long 3 hour powerboat ride and fly in comfort instead! Once you arrive at Staniel Cay Airport you will be greeted by your local Boat Captain and Tour guide who will take you on a 3 to 4 hour* guided boat tour around all 6 of the top Exuma attractions! Stops of approximately 20-30 mins each, along the Tour include:

This is a Full Day Trip beginning with Hotel Transfers from 06:00 AM to 07:30 AM. The trip returns to Nassau Airport at approximately 4:30 PM with Hotel Drop-off approximately 5:30 PM. It is possible your return to Nassau is earlier or later than published.

Round trip shared transfers are included from most hotels in Nassau.

Infant & Child Policy

• Infants under 2 years old fly free when seated on a parent’s lap (ages 0–1).

• Due to aviation regulations, children aged 2 and over must have their own seat and pay the full rate.

Private Boat & Captain Experience (Optional Enhancement)

For guests seeking maximum privacy, flexibility, and a more personalized pace once in the Exumas, private boat options are available.

Private boat upgrades are priced per group, not per person.

• Up to 4 guests (19 ft boat): $1,500

• Up to 6 guests (25 ft boat): $2,100

• Up to 8 guests (27 ft boat): $2,600

Private Day Trips with Private Flights and Private Boat
Available 7 days per week.
Private Day Trip: Enjoy the stunning Exumas with our Private Day Trip that includes private flights, private boat tour and private Nassau hotel transfer service. Aircraft and boat size is selected to best accommodate your group. Please let us know if you have any specific questions about the type or size of aircraft or boats used for the private day trips.
Extended Private Day Trip: extends the Boat Tour by 2 hours. Please contact us for private day trips pricing and availability.

Boat Fleet, Group Sizes & Seating Arrangements.
Boat size and seating allocation is based on Group Size and Load & Balance requirements. We will always allocate boat seating together for  couples, families and groups traveling together. Hotel Transfers
Roundtrip Hotel Transfers (non-private) between Nassau/Paradise Island, and the Airport are included in your Tour. Your exact Hotel Pickup time will be confirmed to you by 7PM, the evening before your Tour Departure. You can expect a hotel pickup time between 06:00AM and 07:30AM, depending on your Hotel distance to the Airport. At the end of the Day Trip, Hotel drop-off can be expected by 5:30PM. It is possible your return to Nassau is earlier or later than published.

Lunch
A Set Lunch is included in your Tour. The set menu entitles each guest to an appetizer sampler and 1 entree with 1 soft drink. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. See our Set Lunch Menu here.

Important Notes
Please note this tour is not operated by Swimming with Pigs, but local Bahamas operators. Each participant must complete a signed waiver before commencing the tour. The tour operator will send these electronically along with your tour confirmation email.
For the group tour option, we need a minimum of 48 hours notice (2 days before) to take your booking and get it reserved. Confirmation of your booking and place on the tour is only made after both payment and issue of the confirmation email. Submitting the booking enquiry form on this website does not confirm your booking.
We encourage customers to book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Last minute booking requests during peak season (Christmas, March-July) can be hard to fulfil.
We can’t guarantee all stops on the tour itinerary due to weather, sea conditions and progress of the group along the tour route.
On rare occasions we may have split up groups (including couples) across different aircraft for the flight portion of the day trip for aircraft Weight & Balance purposes. You will always travel on the same boat tour together.
*Beer onboard Boat Tour is limited to 2 per person due to safety restrictions.
A Solo Supplement Fee applies if you are the only solo customer traveling on the tour. Contact us in advance regarding the Solo Supplement fees.
For Customers weighing more than 300lbs, there is a Customer of Size Fee; Contact us in advance regarding the Customer of Size Fee.

Bad Weather Policy
Tours operate Rain or Shine. We may have to cancel tours ahead of time during adverse weather events. Weather cancellation is rare. Weather in the Bahamas is generally scattered clouds with isolated but fast moving thunderstorms. It is likely you may encounter a rain shower during your tour.
If you decide to cancel your reservation or curtail your tour, because you decide not to travel due to weather, you would be subject to our restrictive cancellation policy and may not receive any refund.
If We/Operator cancel your tour in its entirety, prior to departure, due to weather you will be entitled to a reschedule (subject to availability), a credit or a refund.
The tour Operator may have to curtail or terminate the tour early due to weather or sea conditions, therefore we can’t guarantee all stops along the tour itinerary. Please refer to Section 6 “Force Majeure” in the Booking Terms and Conditions.

Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy
Reservations are subject to a 50% partial refund if you decide to cancel more than 48 hours before the tour date and there is strictly no refund if no-show or cancelled within 48 hours of departure date. For a full list of booking terms see our Booking Terms here

Cruise Ship Guests on a Nassau Stopover
If you are a cruise ship guest with a scheduled stopover in Nassau, we can only accommodate you on one of our Private Day Trips, please contact us for availability and pricing. However it is not possible to accommodate you on our regular group Tour because there is not enough time for you to do this tour. Flight check-in is by 07:30AM and you will return to the airport at 05:30PM approximately (weather can delay timings).

Day Trip Itinerary Timings* for Group Tour only
Along the boat tour guests will enjoy stops at each attraction for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. The Plane Wreck is sightseeing only for approximately 5 minutes.

6:00 AM to 7:30 AM:  Hotel Pick-up in Nassau & Transfer to Airport
Note: Your exact hotel pickup time will be confirmed to you by 7pm the evening before your tour.
7:45 AM to 8:30 AM: Check-in at Nassau Airport
Note: Flight schedules vary, refer to your flight confirmation email which is sent the evening before your tour for the correct Check-in Time, Location and Airline. Our Flights depart from different terminals at Nassau Airport
8:00 AM to 8:30 AM: Flight Departs to Staniel Cay.
Note: You will be greeted by your Tour Guide on arrival at Staniel Cay.
9:15 AM: Arrival at Staniel Cay, Tour Guide Welcome & Transfer to Boat Tour.
9:30 AM: Boat Tour approximately 3 to 4 hours duration*. Each Stop is approximately 20-30 mins. Plane wreck is sightseeing only approx 5 minutes. Snorkel at plane wreck can be guaranteed by upgrading to a private boat package. For a tour map and attractions details please see on our website here.
Break for Lunch at Staniel Cay (Timing varies according to progress of the tour).
2:30 PM: Transfer to Staniel Cay Airport.
2:45 PM to 3:30 PM: Flights Depart to Nassau
Note: You may be transferred to a later than planned departure flight and you could expect a short wait at Staniel Cay Airport.
3:30 PM to 4:30 PM: Arrival back in Nassau Airport
5:00 PM to 5:30 PM: Hotel Drop-off in Nassau.

*Timings are all approximate to give an example of the format of the day trip. Timings will vary due to flight schedules, air traffic control delays, weather conditions and progress of the tour group along the tour route. What to Bring
You can bring one small carry-on bag per person. Our flights depart from the private terminals at Nassau Airport where there are no Liquids restrictions for carry-on items. It is not permitted to bring alcohol in a carry-on item.

Make sure you pack:

• Photo ID (Government ID is Required for check-in), including Photo ID for all Children.
• Money for tips ($US accepted in the Bahamas), credit cards accepted for Lunch
• Cameras (waterproof case recommended to take inside Thunderball Grotto)
• Battery pack phone charger if you take photos on your phone
• Sun protection; shirt, hat and sun cream
• Swim shorts
• A change of dry clothes
• Snacks, if you have any specific dietary needs
